Defeating the spider is only the first step: pick up the token as well. A Boomerang or Hookshot retrieves tokens on distant walls. Release bottled bugs over child-era soft-soil patches; planting a bean and releasing bugs are separate actions. Night markers matter for outdoor spiders, while dungeon entries can generally be collected at either time. The first three Deku Tree tokens are reachable early, but the bombable rear room needs a return visit.

The two adjacent entries in the Bottom of the Well are separate tokens in the central locked-room section. Likewise, the two Jabu-Jabu pit-room walls contain separate spiders. The numbering is a checklist identifier, not an instruction to follow one fixed route. Filter by region and age to combine return visits.
