Nintendo did not ship a collector's edition. Every bonus below was a retailer's idea, and several were gone before launch day.

- United States: Amazon and Walmart dipped the cartridge to $59.88 in Gaming Hybrid's note. Best Buy, Target and GameStop sat at $69.99. No official gift.
- United Kingdom: Nintendo UK at £58.99 included a Spiritual Stones replica while stocks lasted. Smyths and Currys were £54.99. Very, Amazon UK and Argos were £59.99.
- France: Fnac at €59.99 added member credit plus an ocarina keychain and a coaster. Micromania at €69.99 added a wallet and a stone box, and raffled 5,000 replica 1998 boxes. Numerama reported shops overwhelmed and some midnight launches cancelled.
- Germany: OTTO at €69.99 added a blue ocarina keychain. MediaMarkt and Saturn added free shipping at €69.99. Nintendo DE's stone replicas were reported and may already be exhausted. Amazon DE's bonus was not confirmed.
- Spain: Nintendo's store at €59.99 and €69.99, with Vandal saying exclusive gifts had already run out.
